My remote control reaches blinds at a further distance than when I send a command through the app. Why is this?

BLE radios in smartphones and tablets are not as strong as the BLE radios in the Gen 2 remote. Thus, the remote will be able to reach blinds at a further distance than your phone. If your customers prefer to only use the Bliss® App and not use remotes, and blinds are dispersed around the home, the customer will need to be in close proximity to the blinds when operating blinds via the app.
