The motor is rated at IP20. Consideration is needed when installing into humid environments/ applications. Buildings/ Areas with poor to average hygrometry with appropriate heating and ventilation (e.g. kitchens and washrooms) are suitable. Areas with high levels of humidity such as bathrooms, swimming pools with minimal ventilation are not recommended.
