Yes. The motor is rated at IP20. Consideration is needed when installing into humid environments/ applications. Buildings/ Areas with poor to average hygrometry with appropriate heating and ventilation (e.g. kitchens and washrooms) are suitable. For Bliss® Gen 2 blinds, this will be definition I1 and I2 as explained in the Technical manual. Areas with high levels of humidity (I3, I4 and I5) such as swimming pools with minimal ventilation are not recommended.
