My blind hit an obstacle during operation and now the upper rail and/or lower rail do not operate level anymore.

Operate upper and lower rail fully to the bottom limit of the blind, followed-by operating the upper and lower rail fully to the top limit (fabric stack position). Both rails should now operate level again.
