Check to see if there's a small QR code sticker placed anywhere on the bottom rail / head rail of your blind. By default, each bind should be supplied with one large and two smaller QR Code stickers.
If not present, the app will not be able to identify the specific motor fitted to the blind. A Bluetooth® scanner can be used to help identify the unique MAC address of the blind motor. If known, it's then possible to create a new QR code to add the blind to the app. For any further help, please contact your local office where the blinds were purchased from.
